  • Delivery Time:  Our standard delivery time for ceramic products is between 2 to 15 business days. This duration may vary depending on the complexity of the product and your location.

  • Order Processing: We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Shipping Methods: We use trusted and reliable carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your ceramic items. The specific carrier may vary based on your location.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment's progress.

  • Out of Stock: Please Allow 45 days for the production of products that are out of stock

  • Delivery Destinations: We offer shipping PAN India. 

  • Damaged or Lost Items: We take great care in packaging your ceramic items to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
    - In the rare event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to us, and we will assist in tracking down your package or arranging for a replacement.

  • Change of Address:If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the address before your order is shipped.

  • Returns and Refunds: Please review our Return and Refund Policy for information on returning items .
